
Lammer (Kulgam) Aug 24: Heena Chaudhary became the first Tribal girl in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam district to qualify for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2025.
Hailing from remote village of Kulgam district Lammer. Chaudhary took on many challenges to crack the entrance exam,She belongs to a backward community and her family was reeling under financial problems.
Her family is happy after she cleared the exam. They want to see her become a successful doctor and serve the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the country.
Talking to reporters, Chaudhary said, “She had recently appeared in the NEET Exam, Alhamdulillah! I Qualified it, it was my second attempt as in first attempt I got BDS, but Baba (Father) told me, try for another attempt, now I cracked the exam in second attempt”, she said.
“I have been offered admission to the Govt Medical College (GMC) Anantnag”, she added.
“I was studying at GHSS Y.K Pora till 12th standard, reflecting on her success, Heena credits her achievement to the unwavering support and motivation provided by her Teachers especially her parents and uncle.
As she embarks on this new chapter, her commitment to serving the people of Jammu and Kashmir is commendable.
