J&K POLICE DISTRICT GANDERBAL OBSERVED NATIONAL UNITY DAY (RASHTRIYA EKTA DIWAS) FUNCTION AT DPL GANDERBAL

GANDERBAL: Ganderbal Police today observed National Unity Day (Rashtriya Ekta Diwas) across the District. The main function was held at DPL Ganderbal in which SSP Ganderbal Shri Wasim Qadri-JKPS administered oath to the Police officers and Jawans. Further, he took the salute of the parade in which Contingents of District Police Ganderbal, JKAP 14th Bn., L/Ct. Bn., Home Guard & Police Band of District Ganderbal & Sainik School Manasbal participated in a colourful March Past.

Speaking on the occasion, SSP Ganderbal said that this function across the country is being observed to pay tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel & took the pledge to dedicate ourselves for internal security, integrity and sovereignty of the country.

On the said occasion, ADDC Ganderbal Shri Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani, ADC Ganderbal Shri Gulzar Ahmad, Addl.SP Ganderbal Shri Malik Aijaz-JKPS, Dy.SP Ops. Ganderbal Shri Aftab Bukhari-JKPS, Dy.SP Traffic Rural Shri Gulzar Ahmad-JKPS, Dy.SP DAR DPL Ganderbal Shri Nazir Ahmad and other officers were also present.
