Khudwani (Kulgam), Jan 6: Hours after Kashmir Upfront carried a news story regarding the old school building part of the SSA scheme, situated in Rahpora Khudwani, has shockingly transformed into a cowshed where numerous cows have taken up residence within the building.
An official told that acting swiftly, a team led by Tehsildar Qaimoh Nisar Ahmad, Station House Officer (SHO) Kushab Michael, ZEO concerned visited the site and vacated the cowshed from school building which was illegally encroached by local dweller and warned the local dweller to refrain from such practices or to face action.
Meanwhile, Locals of the area hailed the district administration for prompt action.
