Kulgam, Dec 15: Day after Voice of India published a story highlighting the mounting mounds of garbage along Railway Road in Qazigund, which had long irked local residents.
Acting swiftly, The Block Development Officer (BDO) Devsar Tanzeel-Ur-Rehman ensured that the accumulated garbage was removed on Monday restoring cleanliness and hygiene in the area.
Residents have expressed their gratitude for the prompt action, acknowledging the timely intervention of the BDO. The quick removal of waste has not only improved the environment but also reinforced public confidence in local administration’s responsiveness.
