SP HQ G M Bhat presides over the yatra function at govt school Shurat Kulgam
Kulgam, Dec 07:The ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is witnessing a huge response in kulgam district. Today the Yatra covered 09 panchayats of Qaimoh and kulgam Blocks including Wanigund,Wanpora Rehpora, Khudwani, Amnoo, Checkpora, Laroo, Awgam and Shurath.
People of these areas welcomed the Yatra.
Addressing the occasion, the SP said that the focus of the Yatra is to reach out to the people, creating awareness and providing benefits of welfare schemes.
He also added that the district administration is committed to working hand-in-hand with the people to achieve sustainable development and uplift the overall socio-economic fabric of the district.
More ever Tehsildar Kulgam,on this occasion said that the district administration has made a lot of progress in the last three years, we are all witnesses whether it is revenue, Rullerdevelopment, Education, Agriculture, or any other issue.
BDO kulgam Arshad Ahmad, SHO Kulgam G M Rather,and other officers,and senior citizens, were also present on the occasion.
During the Yatra, an IEC van carrying the message of VBSY conducted awareness about the socio-economic and welfare schemes.
