Kulgam, April 30: The Bhartia Jantia Party (BJP) on Wednesday appointed Mubarak Ahmad Khanday as new General secretary of BJP in South Kashmiri’s Kulgam district.
As per the order issued by BJP, it states that in consultation with“ Party High Command especially Shri Tarun Chugh National General secretary BJP, Shri Sat Sharma CA State President BJP J&K ,Shri Ashok Koul General Secretary organisation BJP JKL & Shri Sunil Sharm State General secretary, Mubarak Ahmad Khanday is appointed as new general secretary of BJP in Kulgam district.
Khanday expressed gratitude to the leadership of BJP for reposing faith in him.
“Express my gratitude and heartous thanks to party’s high command for reposing faith and huge trust in me by appointing me as “General Secretary” for Kulgam district” he said.
“I assure my party leadership that I will put in my best to fulfil my responsibility and do my best to make the party more stronger in the district” he added.
