Qazigund, Aug 13: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday organised a “Tiranga Rally” on the eve of Independence Day to invoke the sense of pride and nationalism.
The rally commenced from Bonigam and culminated at Mirbazar.
The rally was led senior BJP leader and EO Waqf board Kulgam, Aabid Hussain Khan, BJP General Secretary Kulgam Mubarak Ahmad Khanday and others.
The event witnessed huge participation of Party workers to spread the spirit of patriotism, unity and respect to the National Flag.
The BJP leadership emphasized that such yatras are not mere symbolic gestures but powerful movements to awaken and strengthen the spirit of patriotism. Both events stood as testimony to the people’s unwavering love for the nation and their commitment to the ideals enshrined in the Tiranga.
