Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Kulgam, Dr. Shaukat Hussain Parray, today conducted a surprise visit to District Hospital Kulgam to inspect staff attendance and assess the overall functioning of the facility.
During the inspection, Dr. Parray checked the duty rosters and found all doctors and staff members present and diligently performing their duties. He interacted with patients, who expressed satisfaction with the medical services and praised the hospital staff for their dedication and honest work.
Impressed by the discipline and service quality, Dr. Parray directed the sanitation staff to maintain cleanliness in and around the hospital to ensure a hygienic and patient-friendly environment. He also instructed all doctors and staff to adhere to the proper dress code for easy identification by patients and attendants.
The surprise visit was part of routine monitoring efforts aimed at strengthening accountability and ensuring quality healthcare delivery in the district.
