Kulgam, March 30: A property of a drug peddler was attached in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Saturday, Police said.
The property was identified as illegally acquired property during an investigation and inquiry conducted by the Police.
The accused has been identified as Sabzar Ahmad Rather son of Ab Salam Rather a resident of Malipora, Devsar under section 68-F(1) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act 1985.
“The property was prima facie acquired from illicit trafficking in narcotic drug and psychotropic substances by the owner,” police said.
