Anantnag, May, 06: Senior National Conference (NC) leader and District Vice President Anantnag, Imran Amin Shah, today paid rich tributes to the late Haji Gh. Rasool Wani, father of MLA Pahalgam and District President NC Anantnag, Mohammad Altaf Wani (Kuloo), on his first death anniversary.
Imran Shah fondly recalled the late Wani’s enduring contributions to the party and the society. He described him as a man of noble character and a calm, dignified presence who stood as a pillar of support for public service and the empowerment of underprivileged communities.
“Late Haji Gh. Rasool Wani was widely respected for his humility, integrity, and unwavering commitment to the ideals of service and social upliftment,” Shah stated. “He played a vital role in strengthening the National Conference at the grassroots level and was a source of encouragement and guidance for all who were associated with the party.”
Imran shah prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and extended his heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family. “Wani Sahab’s legacy of service, kindness, and dedication will continue to inspire us. He will forever remain in our hearts,” he added.
