Kulgam, Feb 21: Kulgam Police saved a life of a critically ill child patient, who was stranded at Qazigund due to heavy snowfall, and was admitted to a hospital on time, said an official.
An Official told that they has saved a precious life by shifting the critically ill patient to Maternity Hospital in Anantnag from Qazigund.
Station House Officer (SHO) Qazigund, Muzamil Ahmad told Kashmir Upfront that they have received a call from MS Emergency hospital Qazigund that a critically ill child needs immediate medical attention in Anantnag.
“As ambulance vehicle was able to run due to snowfall, he has disputed the police personnel to the spot and shifted the patient to Maternity Hospital in Anantnag in the official vehicle of the Police for immediate treatment.
Meanwhile, The family appreciated the role of the police and thanked them for their timely intervention.
