
Kulgam, Nov 10: In a significant push to strengthen rural connectivity in Kulgam district, Hon’ble MLA Devsar, Peerzada Feroz Ahmad Shah, is set to lay the foundation stone for two key PMGSY-IV road projects valued at over ₹17.5 crore in Devsar Kulgam on Thursday.
The twin projects set to reshape mobility across the belt—include, Uril Verinar to Mirasinallah (A & B) Length 2 km, Project Cost: ₹4.87 crore to be executed by Unique Constructions, Athwajan.
2—Bonigam–Brinal Road (Kund to Brinal Lammer) Length: 4.5 km, which connects twin blocks Kund and Devsar via Brinal Lammer Project Cost: ₹12.70 crore to be executed by B&L Project Construction Pvt. Ltd, Hyderpora Sgr.
The main function is scheduled at Chattergam, Kund, where all officers and officials of the PMGSY Department will be present to oversee and participate in the ceremony.
These road projects, part of PMGSY-IV Batch 1, are expected to significantly enhance rural connectivity, ease transportation challenges, and facilitate better access to essential services for residents across the region.
