Qazigund, June 3 : A 9th class student died, while the two suffered injuries after their scooty they were travelling in collided with school bus at Bonigam area of Qazigund along Jammu-Srinagar National Highway on Tuesday, officials said.
An official told that a road accident occurred at Bonigam, Qazigund when a scooty collided with a stationary school bus parked on the roadside resulting the onspot death of one minor boy and two suffered injuries.
The deceased has been identified as Zulafkar Salam, Son of Ab Salam Bhat, a resident of Bonigam, injured have been identified as Huzauf Niyaz, Son of Niyaz Ahmad Bhat, and Zaid Shafi, Son of Mohammad Shafi Shah, both residents of Baihama, Qazigund who has been shifted to the hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, Police have taken cognizance of the incident.
