Yaripora (Kulgam) Dec 13: Kulgam Police on Friday attached a single story residential house under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) at Chinigam area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
A police officer said that the attachment has been made in case FIR No. 53/2024 U/S 13,16,18, 20 UAPA act 109 BNS 7/27 act of Police station Yaripora.
“The property belonged to one Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat son of late Mohd Akbar Bhat of Chinigam Frisal”, he said.
The officer said this action represents a significant milestone in the ongoing investigation into unlawful and subversive activities in the region. It highlights the firm commitment of J&K Police to neutralize threats to national security and maintain peace and order.
