SHO Qaimoh, Kushab Michael, on patrolling duty, spotted the three-year-old girl at 3:00 am on August 17 and sprang into action.
With gentle hands and a kind heart, SHO Kushab Michael rescued the child and handed her over to the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) Kulgam, ensuring her safety and well-being. This remarkable act of compassion is a testament to the dedication and humanity of our police force.
