Addressed a public gathering where he emphasized peace, unity and development
Kulgam, March 11: Chairman DPAP, Ghulam Nabi Azad on Monday addressed a public gathering at Baihama area of Devsar belt in south kashmiri’s Kulgam district where he emphasized peace, unity and development.
DPAP Chief expressed his commitment to addressing poverty and ensuring access to essential services. “Despite my efforts, poverty still persists, and many struggle to afford electricity bills. Therefore, if entrusted with power, we will provide free electricity to those in need,” he said.
He also highlighted his party’s stance on land eviction orders, stating, “We vehemently protested against such orders to ensure that no poor person would be adversely affected. Our priority is to safeguard the rights and welfare of the poor and needy.”
Among others who were present on the occassion included- GM Saroori vice chairman, Ch Haroon Khatana general secretary, Salman Nizami chief spokesperson, DPAP leader and Ex MLA Mohd Amin Bhat and others.
