Kulgam, July 8: A women died after being hit by a speedy truck in Wanpora area of Kulgam on Sunday evening, officials said.
Sources told that the women was injured after being hit a speedy truck bearing registration no. JK018-8999 Wanpora, Khudwani.
“She was immediately shifted to PHC Qaimoh where she was declared brought dead,” sources said.
The deceased was identified as Misra Banoo wife of Ghulam Hassan Lone a resident of Hawoorah.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
