Kulgam, Feb 3: Two medical shops operating outside district hospital Kulgam were closed down by Drug Control Authorities for flouting norms, an official said on Saturday.
Drug Control Officer Kulgam, Ghulam Mustafa Khan told that Chemists of the district Kulgam have been already sensitized for safe dispensing practices and reiterated that there will be no relaxation with regard to the adherence to Drugs and Cosmetics rules and other directives from District Administration Kulgam.
He said that two shops were closed for violating conditions of licences and were found violating mandatory directive regarding computerized billing system and issuance of cash memos/invoices.
