Qazigund, Feb 12: A Man got injured at Vessu area of Qazigund along Jammu-Srinagar NH after an unknown vehicle hit him on Monday evening.
An official told that the man identified as Farooq Ahmad Wagay son of Sanullah Wagay resident of Qazigund received injuries after a vehicle hit him at Vessu near petrol pump. “The injured was immediately taken to a emergency hospital Qazigund by the police,” the official said.
However, the condition of the injured man was said to be stable.
After the incident, police reached the spot and took cognizance of the matter. A case has also been registered in this regard at the police station Qazigund.
