Shopkeeper’s son in Kulgam cracks KAS exam with 58th rank

Kulgam, Oct 30: A shopkeeper’s son from Nowbugh village area of Kund in south kashmiri’s Kulgam district has cracked the prestigious Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive Examination (JKCCE) 2023.

Shakir Hussain Malik, a resident of Nowbugh Kund secured 58th rank in the RBA category in JKCCE 2023 on Tuesday.

According to Malik, he cracked the KAS in his third attempt. His father is a shopkeeper and mother a housewife.

Malik’s hard work, dedication, and perseverance have paid off, inspiring many young individuals in the region to pursue their dreams in public service. As he embarks on this new chapter, his commitment to serving the people of Jammu and Kashmir is commendable.
