Dr Rukhsar Writes On Her Facebook Profile :
I may not have won today, but my heart is filled with humility, and content. I want to bow down before my Creator for writing this amazing journey in my destiny.
The dish that I chose to make today, “Platter of Brotherhood”, had many elements each representing the essence of the cultural harmony of Kashmir and I’m so so proud of it. It’s been really a pleasure given the chance to be a part of this culinary journey. MasterChef India was always a distant dream but not anymore. This journey has inspired me to be a better person and a better cook. And this is not the end. It’s the beginning of a new era. I hope you’ll all continue to follow my journey and watch me grow. Cooking is my passion and I will not let go of it. I’m sure Allah has something great in store for me. This is an achievement for us! Me, you, and all of us!
Next year will be all about finding myself, learning, failing, succeeding and if Allah wills, opening my own little restaurant in Kashmir (which has always been a dream). I’ll also try my best to arrange cooking classes for all those willing to learn and experiment.
Again, would need your prayers and support. Thank you for everything.
