Kulgam, Jan 15: : Thieves stole cow along with a calf from Hablishi village of area of Devsar in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Reports said that, thieves entered into the cattle shed of Gull Mohd Bhat son of Khazer Mohd Bhat during the intervening night of Sunday and Monday and stole a cow along with a calf.
“We have lodged a complaint at police station where we were assured of swift action,” said a victim.
The locals have appealed the authorities to look into the rising cattle lifting incidents in the area.
