Vivek Bali has appealed to the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor to address this crisis promptly. “I urge the Hon’ble LG to intervene and resolve the water shortage issue in Payer Pulwama at the earliest. Access to clean water is a fundamental right, and it’s our responsibility to ensure this basic necessity is met,” he stated.
