Kund (Kulgam) Oct 30: In a landmark achievement, the Primary Health Centre (PHC) Razloo in Kund belt of Kulgam district has successfully conducted its first-ever normal delivery, marking a significant milestone for the facility and the local community.
The safe delivery was carried out under the expert supervision of Dr. Bashrat Nazir, who was supported by Zahoor Ahmad, Rayees Manzoor, and Irshad Ahmad, all of whom played pivotal roles in ensuring the well-being of both mother and child.
“This is more than just a successful delivery—this is a symbol of progress,” said Dr. Bashrat Nazir. “For years, families in this region have had to travel great distances for basic maternal care. Today, we have proven that quality healthcare is now available right here in Razloo Kund.”
